Challenge
The client’s order process was still manual — and that manual process was the real business stake: allocation errors, wrong deliveries, compliance exposure, and lost revenue.
Collaborative process based on Design Thinking principles
I ran it as a structured Design Thinking process. In preparation I framed the problem — business goals, market data, the architectural drivers — then facilitated hybrid workshops in Zurich where cross-functional teams co-created the solution concept.
The Art of Possible - Long-term vision
The hardest balance was aspiration against feasibility — an ‘art of the possible’ vision ambitious enough to inspire, but anchored in business priorities and what the technology could actually deliver.

Long-term user experience concept has really won the hearts of stakeholders
Conceptual User Interface
Behind the scenes, I designed a user flow to pressure-test feasibility, then wireframes and high-fidelity screens to refine the interaction. The video’s narrative was shaped in an internal storyboard workshop, keeping the story tied to the experience we were proposing.
MVP implementation planning
Once the concept validated, I prepared the roadmap and mapped the technical path to implementation.

Recommended path that effectively ensures rapid delivery of business value - relatively rapid deployment of key functionality based on a low-code solution
